Who it's for

If couples ask you for advice, you can resell Wedivo.

The program started with wedding organizers. It is now open to anyone who regularly meets couples getting married — with or without a registered business.

Wedding organizers & EOs

Include a complete digital wedding suite in every package you already sell, and run every couple's wedding from one login.

Wedding vendors

Photographers, MUAs, decorators, venues, caterers, souvenir makers — add it on top of your own service as a premium extra.

Content creators

Your audience already asks which invitation to use. Answer with a plan you sell at your own price, and set it up for them.

Communities & organizations

Offer members a better deal on their wedding through your community, campus, or professional group.

Individuals

Friends, family, colleagues getting married? Help them get everything set up, and earn from doing it.

What changes

Couples already ask you what to use. Now the answer earns you something.

Today most of that goes elsewhere: the invitation is bought from someone else, the recommendation earns nothing, and the guest list still ends up retyped by hand. Every one of those is something you could be selling instead.

How it usually goes

With a reseller account

Couples ask who to use for their invitation, and you point them somewhere else for free.

You sell them the whole plan — bought at your reseller price, sold at a price you set.

The invitation is a separate product with a separate login you don't control.

You are on the couple's team from day one, in the same dashboard they use.

RSVP replies arrive in WhatsApp and get retyped into a spreadsheet.

RSVPs land on the guest list that the seating chart and the door check-in already read.

The seating plan is a drawing, and one change means redoing it.

Drag a table on a canvas, and every seat card and table number reprints from it.

On the day the door runs on a printed list and a pen.

Guests scan a QR code, and the arrival list updates as they walk in.

Once the couple has bought, you can't tell what they bought or help them with it.

Every couple you sold to is on your roster, and updates, uptime and guest support are Wedivo's problem.

The numbers

What it is worth per couple.

Real plan prices, pulled live. Move the sliders to your own discount, your own selling price, and the couples you expect a year.

Your figures, not a promise. Plan prices are live; your discount is agreed individually and shown on your dashboard once approved. What you charge is yours alone — Wedivo never quotes your couples.

The setup

Four steps, and you never wait on the couple.

Have a couple's dashboard built and paid for before they have even heard of Wedivo. Nothing for them to install, configure or accept.

  1. 1

    Add the couple

Their Google email, plus whatever you already know — names, wedding date, venue, parents' names, phone number.

About a minute. Everything except the email can be filled in later, and edited any time.

  2. 2

    Choose their plan

Pick a plan at your reseller price, or build a custom bundle of exactly the credits and features this wedding needs.

Selecting is not paying. It records the choice and raises a transaction that waits for you.

  3. 3

    Pay when they say yes

Settle by QRIS, bank transfer, card, virtual account or e-wallet. An expired payment link is replaced in one tap.

Not a rupiah moves before this step, and nothing is owed if the couple walks away.

  4. 4

    Send one link

Copy the invitation link, or send it straight to WhatsApp. The couple signs in with that Google email and the plan is live on their account.

You are already on their team as an assistant — there is no invite for them to accept and nothing for them to set up.

And then you run it

Managed Accounts is your roster: every couple as a card with their plan, their status, what you paid, what it would have cost them, and one button into their wedding. Overview totals it — spend, discount saved, and who still needs a payment or a link.

Search and filter by status: not paid, awaiting payment, paid, claimed
Jump straight into any couple's guest list, seating chart, planner or invitation
Assistant access, so their payments and their gift money stay private to them
A couple who already has a Wedivo account keeps everything they paid for — credits add up, features merge, nothing is taken away

Why resell Wedivo

It is a product line, not a tool subscription.

Everything below is already built and running — the same dashboard your couples would use if they bought it themselves, with the reseller half switched on for you.

Your price, your margin

You buy at a fixed discount off list, agreed once. What you charge your couples is yours alone — Wedivo never quotes them and never sees your pricing.

Pay only when you close

No monthly fee, no seat count, no minimum order. You pay for one plan the moment a couple says yes, and nothing at all in a quiet month.

Every wedding in one account

Switch between the couples you manage from a single sign-in. Guest list, seating chart, rundown and invitation are one click away, for all of them.

A complete product, under your name

Hand every couple a live invitation site, online RSVP, QR check-in and a shared photo gallery — presented as your offer, not a vendor they had to find.

Set up before they even sign in

Enter their details, pay, send one link. Their dashboard is ready the moment they open it, with their names and wedding date already filled in and you already on their team.

Nothing to install or maintain

It runs on Wedivo's infrastructure. Updates, uptime, backups and support for their guests are our problem, not yours.

A record you can trust

Every purchase stores the regular price alongside what you paid, so your margin is a number you can read months later, not reconstruct from chat history.

The relationship stays yours

You are the one who set the wedding up and the one they call about it. Wedivo is infrastructure behind your offer, not a brand competing for your couple.

Putting a price on it

Three ways resellers sell it — pick the one that fits how you already sell.

The discount is the smaller half of the margin. The bigger half is that a digital wedding suite reads as a premium offer — and couples pay for a premium offer that someone they trust sets up for them.

Model 1

Fold it into every package

Wedivo is included in all your packages and never appears as a line item. You raise every package by a flat amount and describe what the couple now gets.

“Digital wedding suite included — invitation website, online RSVP, guest list, seating plan and QR check-in.”

Best for wedding organizers and vendors who sell two or three packages and compete on what is included rather than on price.

Every couple becomes a sale, and nobody declines an add-on they were never offered.

Model 2

Sell it on its own

A product with its own price — a line on your price list, a post for your audience, or an offer to your members. Couples say yes once they see what it replaces: three or four vendors they would otherwise have to find.

“Digital Wedding Suite — Rp ___, set up for you. Invitation website + RSVP + seating + door check-in + shared photo gallery.”

Best for content creators, communities and individuals, and for vendors whose packages are already tightly priced.

Highest margin per yes, and the easiest to trial — you can start with your next couple without changing anything else.

Model 3

Make it the reason to move up a tier

Your entry package stays as it is. The tier above it includes the invitation and RSVP; your top tier adds the seating chart, check-in, photo gallery and photobooth.

“Silver — as today. Gold — everything in Silver, plus your invitation website and online RSVP. Platinum — plus seating, QR check-in and the photo gallery.”

Best when most couples currently pick your cheapest package and you need a reason for them to move up instead.

The upgrade pays for itself several times over, and the difference between tiers becomes something a couple can actually see.

What to say when they ask

Three answers that do most of the work, however you sell it.

“Can't we just buy a digital invitation ourselves?”

You can — and then the guest list lives in one place, the seating in another, the door in a third. This is one guest list the invitation, the seating plan and the check-in all read, already set up for you.

“What if we don't need all of it?”

Then we start you on a smaller plan. I can pick exactly the pieces this wedding needs rather than a fixed bundle — you are not paying for a photobooth at a forty-guest reception.

“Who looks after it?”

I do. It is part of what you are paying me for. You will get a link to your own dashboard, and I will already be in there with you.

Practical notes

Quote the couple a round number. Your cost has a discount in it; your price should not show that it does.
Show a live invitation on your phone — in a meeting, a story or a chat. A link that opens in a browser closes better than a description.
Buy the plan when the couple says yes, not when you quote. Selecting a plan costs nothing and holds your choice.
One plan covers one wedding, once. There is no renewal to explain and nothing that expires on the couple mid-planning.
If a couple has already bought Wedivo themselves, your purchase still works — the two merge upward and nothing they paid for is lost.

What it looks like in practice

Two worked examples.

Both are illustrations built from real plan prices and ordinary volumes — not case studies of a particular business or person.

Illustrative example — not a specific customer

A four-person wedding organizer, around 20 weddings a year

Before

A digital invitation bought from a separate vendor for every couple, RSVPs chased in a WhatsApp group, the guest list retyped into a spreadsheet. A change the day before meant redrawing the chart from scratch.

After

One Wedivo plan per couple at their reseller price. RSVP, seating and door check-in run off the same guest data, so nothing gets retyped. They present it as a “digital wedding suite, included” and add Rp 450.000 to the package.

The result

Roughly Rp 9.000.000 of added package revenue across the year, a little over half of it margin — and the night-before seating scramble replaced by dragging a table on a canvas.

A wedding content creator, around 6 couples a year

Before

Followers asked which invitation to use under nearly every post. The answer was a free recommendation — no income from it, and no way to help once a couple had bought somewhere else.

After

Followers who ask are offered a Wedivo plan, set up for them, at a price a little above list. Each couple's dashboard is ready before they sign in, with the creator already on their team to help.

The result

A new line of income from questions they were already answering, with no stock, no fixed cost, and every couple on one login.

How to apply

What you need ready

A Google accountThe same one you will run the reseller account from. It is how you sign in — there is no separate password.
Your business or brand nameShown in your own sidebar and to the couples you manage, so use the name they know you by — your own name is fine if you sell as yourself.
A WhatsApp numberHow we reach you about your discount. Saved in +62 form; it is not shown to couples.
A supporting document — optionalAn NIB, a company profile, a portfolio or media kit, a community letter. PDF or photo, up to 5 MB. Not needed to apply or to be approved; it just speeds review up. Seen only by the Wedivo team reviewing your request.

What happens next

  1. 01We read the request — and the document, if you attached one — usually within one working day.
  2. 02We agree your discount with you over WhatsApp — it depends on how many couples you expect to bring.
  3. 03Your account is switched to a reseller account and the discount appears on your dashboard.
  4. 04Managed Accounts appears in your sidebar, and you can add your first couple immediately.

If a request isn't approved we say why, and you can update your details and apply again. Nothing is deleted and no wedding of yours is affected.
